Frequently Asked Question

To set a price for a particular budget line items, log in to Alpha to get started.

1. At the top right corner of your Alpha page, click on the blue box to access the budgeting button, that will lead you to the budgeting module.

2. On the budgeting menu bar, select Budget Line Items, to open the budget Line Items window.

3.In the Budget Line Items tab, click on the drop down arrow, to select teh Budget Line Item whose price you want to set, eg Travels.

4. After selecting the Budget Line Item, click CREATE NEW BUDGETLINE ITEM, on the right side of the budget line item page, as shown below, to open the configuration window.

5. In the Budget Line Item price configuration window, fill information 5,6 and 7. Then click 8 to submit the details.

6. Upon adding the Budget Line Item price, the item will appear when its corresponding budget line is selected
