Log into Alpha and follow the steps below:

Verify and correct the course units that are being done in a semester.

Identify the semester for which you would want to verify say; TRINITY (2022) as shown in the illustration below.

Either un-enroll a course or register for the course in the right semester. Follow the guides in the description below

To enroll a student in the right course units, follow the flow below.

1. Find out the year and semester the student is registering for ... Say Year 2: Semester 1. 
2. Check and verify, if according to the curriculum, the course units tally with what the student claims. Follow the link: Checking for course units on the curriculum 
   
3. If they tally proceed to the next step. Find they don't, ensure that the student's registration details tally with the curriculum. Follow the link: Updating a student's semester registration details
4. Access the enrollment page as guided in the link to enroll the student in the right course units. Link: Enroll a student in the right course units for a given semester.
