How do I setup alerts and pop-up notifications?

Your UCU mail is able to send alerts and popups if you create events in it.
Here's how you do that;
1. In your UCU email, click on the "Calendar" tab above.
2. You should be able to see your calendar by work week. You can change the view to day,week, month or list.
3. To setup alerts, right click on your desired date or time depending on your view. Select New Appointment and fill in the dialog box that comes and thats it!
