How do I create data forms for the semester?

Log into Alpha and follow the steps below:

Part (a): Choose details about the lecturer from steps 4 to 10.

Note:

It is important to have an approximate number of students for the effective allocation of space or lecture rooms.


Part (b) course unit details

On successful assignment of the data form, you should be in a position to see the details below.

Take Note of the following:

  1. When the course unit is being studied by two or more groups, the ADD COMBINATION link here should be used.
  2. If a given course unit is being done at a different time from how it was arranged to be done according to the curriculum, it should be available for that session, as illustrated here.
  3. All foundation course units should be communicated to the mother faculties through the respective Faculty Assistant Registrars early enough so that they can assign instructors to take them on.
